Headquartered in Chicago, Baldwin Standard Group "BSG" is rooted in the excellence of design execution while understanding the constraints within each project. We are a firm specializing in residential, multi-family, and specialty commercial projects that challenge the status quo while enabling our team of thinkers to perform seamlessly.
Founded by Tyler Baldwin, BSG is a second-generation builder/developer with the utmost understanding to perform at the highest level.

Tyler Baldwin
Tyler enjoys bringing an overall excitement about the execution of the product while connecting the disciplines of the built environment. He lives in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and can be found frequenting the Chicago Lakefront, enjoying everything the Big Shoulder city has to offer, and participating in organizations based around his alma mater, Illinois Tech (IIT).

Construction Management
Baldwin Builders - Performs the general contracting and construction management functions of the construction process and while mitigating risks, ensures through craft and quality control that the architectural vision is realized.
Development
Baldwin Standard Group has a distinct advantage in executing on developments because of its knowledge and experience in all phases of the development and construction processes. This allows BSG to achieve the highest level of quality while operating within an efficient, integrated model.
